Welcome to Beyond The Court with Cuttino Mobley (“the Course”) and the Catapult Circle community (“the Community”).

By enrolling in this Course and joining the Community, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, designed to ensure a positive, secure, and respectful experience for all participants.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in and/or accessing the Course and Community, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any policies, guidelines, or amendments provided. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with enrollment or access.

2. Course and Community Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Beyond The Court with Cuttino Mobley Course materials and the Catapult Circle community resources and support.Access is granted as a one-time package purchase, allowing continued access to course materials and community resources as long as you comply with community guidelines and terms of service.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Course and its immediate access to digital materials, no refunds will be issued once you have accessed the Course.Access is defined as logging into the Course portal or engaging with any course materials, resources, or community features.If you purchase the Course but do not access any of the materials, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

4. Payment Terms

The Course and Community are offered as a package on a one-time payment basis through Digital Direktors Inc., providing full access to all materials, live sessions, and community resources.All transactions are final upon accessing the Course.

5. VIP Access

VIP members enjoy exclusive benefits, including the opportunity to ask questions during live Q&A sessions with Cuttino Mobley. General Admission members can attend these sessions to listen only.All participants are expected to follow community guidelines and respect fellow members and Course providers during these sessions.

6. Community Guidelines

As a member of Catapult Circle, you agree to uphold a respectful and supportive environment. The following guidelines are in place to ensure a positive community experience: No profanity or inappropriate language.Maintain a PG-rated environment; refrain from posting explicit, offensive, or divisive content. No solicitation or promotion of unrelated products, services, or personal businesses. Treat all members with respect. Negative, mean-spirited, or derogatory comments toward other members or the Course providers will not be tolerated. Constructive feedback and discussions are encouraged, but all interactions should remain positive and respectful. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in revoked access to the Course and Community without a refund.

7. Access Revocation Policy

Unauthorized sharing of course materials, violation of community guidelines, or other inappropriate behavior will result in revocation of access to the Course and Community without a refund. We reserve the right to revoke access in cases where these Terms and Conditions are not followed.
